List price
From Arkham Horror Wiki
List Price is found in the lower right corner on Common Item and Unique Item cards, and is the amount of money necessary to purchase them from the Special Encounters at the General Store and the Curiositie Shoppe. It also serves as the basis for purchasing them through certain normal encounters, though there may be a mark-up or discount depending on the nature of the encounter.
