Mythos Ability: Skill checks to close or seal gates in Arkham are made at a -2 penalty.
Flavor Text: Business and homeowners alike have reported an increase in graffiti around Arkham. The perpetrators seem to have a penchant for yellow paint. They believe that some ne'er-do-wells have come into a few cases of the stuff and are just having trouble figuring out what to do with it. But could it be something more sinister?
