Mythos Ability: Ongoing Effect: Place 1 Clue token on this card at the end of every Mythos Phase (beginning the turn after it enters play. If a player ends his movement at St. Mary's Hospital, he may place a doom token on his investigator sheet.
Fail: When the 3rd clue token is place on this card, return this card to the box and discard the doom tokens from the investigator sheets. All investigators who discard doom tokens are unaffected by the disease. Investigators who do not discard doom tokens are reduced to 1 Stamina and 1 Sanity due to the disease's ferocity.
