Vortex

Vortex Spaces are a board element featured in the Dunwich Horror and Innsmouth Horror expansions. Investigators cannot move into vortices under any circumstance (not even through the use of an item). Any monster that enters a vortex is immediately returned to the cup. For each monster returned to the cup in this way, raise the terror level by one. In addition, a token is placed on the corresponding track (Dunwich Horror track for the Dunwich board and Deep Ones Rising track for the Innsmouth board).
