Dunwich Horror may also refer to: The Dunwich Horror, a monster in the game, or The Dunwich Horror Herald.

Dunwich Horror was the first board expansion released for the game Arkham Horror. Released in July 2006, it introduces several new game mechanics, such as Stalker monsters, Injuries, Madnesses, Conditions and Vortices. It also includes eight new Investigators and four new Ancient Ones.
